Its the burners that have to have bigger or more individual ports (holes) to allow the extra volume of gas to flow. I cant speak for Garett but I am guessing it may be the same overall size, but with more and bigger ports.
I haven't actually SEEN a grill conversion kit but he mixing orfice could (?) actually be the same if the pressure is higher with the NG. Good question, though - Garett - do you have to change that too?
