Good Morning and Happy Thanksgiving!!
It is 5:00 AM and we are off to the local K-Mart which opens at 7am. The Admiral has decided that we need to buy the new Nintendo game "wii" for the Grandchildren. It also seems that everybody else in the country is doing the same thing...THe local K-Mart says they will have 22 games available this am...............

Update: It is now 7:20 am and we are back home and NO "wii" game. Arrived K-Mart at 6 Am. Full parking lot and a line of assorted people standing/lounging/sitting that streched around the side of the building waiting for 7am opening and more cars arriving. Decided that even if I did survive the stampede, the 22 games would be gone....
Many of the stores in SoCal are opening early tomorrow for the really big shopping day. What is early? Macy's is opening at 4 am! That's just plain nuts.
It was pointed out to me that I see nothing wrong in getting up to go fishing at 4 am, but actually I am hoping to find someplace where the fish don't get up so early.
But, no complaints here. I got a kitchen pass to go work on the boat today!
Wow~!! You get to go work on the boat!??? You must've handed over all the credit cards to the Admiral to aquire such a privielege!!
And I don't know about you, but I see a HUGE difference in getting up to be on the BOAT/WATER at 4am. vs. battling traffic and mall mongers at 4am. But that's just me ~ I did ONE TIME and swore I'd NEVER do it again!!
Im on the two meal plan today!! Lunch at the mother in laws and dinner at my mothers....I wont eat again till Monday!! Gobble Gobble!! Everyone have a great day...Mark
Did the Kmart thing this AM for a LCD TV. Got there and they only had nine but my buddy and I got our two. Our store only had eleven of the wii. That was enough for me with the Thanksgiving crowd fights. Happy Thanksgiving to all!!
