As many of you know, I've been working with Matt trying to buy a house here on the OBX. For the better part of a year now.

Matt stayed the course, out of just plain drive to see someone own a home that suits them. That's what makes a realtor. Never once questioned my decisions, gave me advice at the proper times, answered my questions quickly. Not only my realtor, but my friend as well.

We never closed on that first property...I'm not entirely sure how many reams of paper got faxed back and forth, but I'm pretty sure it consumed an entire tree. 7 Months of work..down the tubes.

The next two months were highly productive, we closed the other week.

He did forget one minor detail though...he sent me a postcard today in the mail asking me to contact him...Hmmm, I've only been here a week, maybe I should try and flip this house?

Except, he deserves a vacation...Have fun in T&C Matt! And Thank You again!

It is finally here!! FINALLY!!!

Jenny & I will be packing our Bags this evening and hitting the road tomorrow afternoon headed to RDU! Flight leaves at 6AM and I will be sitting on the beach with a COLD BEER IN HAND Saturday by 1PM!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of the iPhone, I actually had to switch back to my blackberry for the trip as the Verizon iPhone is only CDMA and Turks only has GSM.

Oh well, you know how it is.... When work calls, I will answer! Just maybe a little slower this week!
