What I've been doing...
I haven't been fishing since September...hope I remember how to fish the next time I go . It's killing me!
In the meantime, I've been converting my "Tuna Tot" into a duck boat for January. This blind fits on top of the gunwhales and is secured to the side rails....can be easily removed and stored after the season. The blind also folds down almost flat on each side for trailering and driving the boat.

Nah no boats in my near future, but isn't it always better to have friends with boats anyway?

We managed to sell off everything in Panama, Montana and Washington. My bro moved to Queen Charlotte's to be closer to family.
I grew up on the Great Lakes and this old boat was just calling my name to save her from the scrap yard. So, it's a project boat - and something to do for a year or more.
She was built in 1944 - specs are 60 x 15 x 5.5 with a Det 8V71 single screw. Twin Disc MG509 3:1 transmission
Hull - 9/16" below water line, 3/8" above water line
Bulkheads - five - 5/16" plating
Shaft - 2 1/2" stainless steel
