After the trip to Carolina & Kure beach I am hooked worse than ever on Inshore fishing!

Had an amazing time with our captain Jeff Wolfe & would recommend him to anyone looking to go fishing in the area. He knew more about the waters of the area than I could have ever imagined. Had an amazing time & already looking to get back down there in October.

On another note, only got to fish one day as when we got back to the boat ramp on day 1, I slipped and cut my hand open on a few oyster shells and ended up in Urgent Care in Carolina Beach with 9 stitches. The medication they put me on I had to stay out of the direct sun, so no fishing day 2. They also told me I was not allowed to drink beer, well I decided I would take my chances!!!

Checkout Jeff Wolfe's site if you are ever in the area looking to go fishing - Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Southport and Bald Head Island Fishing Charters by Seahawk Inshore Fishing Charters

Here are a few pictures.. I know, I know everyone loves the Pink Boga Grip! Captain had the fish on there before I knew what happened!

We were basically fishing between Carolina Beach & Bald Head the whole time. I don't know the area real well so I'm not really sure where we were.

Yep Matt - You were in Buzzards Bay or the Basin. Probably launched at the smallish ramp at the end of the island. Rock wall between you and the river. Great place to fish with shallow draft boats.
