Yep, gotta use the boat tomorrow. Snapped these pics while the marine tex was curing and I was mowing the grass. Crane is IMT 2820, Ford F550, PTO off the Powerstroke, Hydraulic outriggers, cordless remote control, I could've picked up the entire boat, it's rated to 7K lbs at 10 feet and 60 degrees. DON'T tell my boss, I'm not supposed to use it for this!

I'm just gonna fix the floor, and re-screw it with 4200. There was nothing sealing the floor before! It's pretty solid (the floor), I only lifted it 2 inches off the deck, then wiped in the marine tex into the existing holes. Those bolt holes were rounded out to a 45 degree angle, so I'm gonna do it again this winter and through bolt the legs with backing plates.

This fix will get me through the summer. Especially after I get a ladder made from the leaning post to the top in the next few weeks.

Last Sunday i pounded the ever living crap out of that boat for a good 10 miles.
