Thumbs up Mpg

I read the average American walks about 900 miles per year.

I also read somewhere the average American drinks 22 gallons of beer each year.

That means wer'e getting 41 miles per gallon

Not too bad in my book

Wayne

Uh-oh, she caught ya goofin off.

ANd F.J. your mileage would go DOWN if ya walked LESS. Ya need to walk MORE per gallon to raise it.

So you can help Daddy-O get his up higher by gettin him a push mower to cut around the house. Then get one of the OLD horse drawn sickle mowers to do the rest of the yard.

Trout Just tryin to help ya out there Wayne.

Oh, chum buckets ~ I knew I'd mess that up.Trout

How's this ~ I use my RIDING lawn mower to do the yard and drink beer while doin' it (....MOWIN') and count up the hours on the meter (of the MOWER) and work up my mileage that way instead of walkin'. Could go by the square foot......or the acre.....whatever.

I'm goin' now........I feel a beer break comin' on.

I can tell you my mileage was way down yesterday. I was well over the gallon point and made about 300 yards home. My knees were not scuffed, so I'm pretty sure I walked........................

Well I don't see why the hour meter would not work. Heck you could count the hours runnin the "Little Green thing" too.
