Default Random question

Anyone on here able to figure out who owned a vehicle based on the VIN? I know that sounds like a shady question, but I've already run the VIN with the police and the bike is not stolen, and was last titled in Georgia, which I also knew...so it is a legitimate motorcycle, but it was sold as a box of parts so the previous owner didn't ever get the title swapped into his name from the guy who owned it before him (still following?) so he eventually lost it and sold it to me as a box of parts which I planned to use to supplement my other motorcycle, but turns out it was a pretty complete pile of parts and I've got it together and running, but no title.

I need to get in touch with the previous owner (so actually 2 owners ago) since he was the last one to title it and either explain my situation and get him to get a title for me (for some $) or explain my situation to him, send him a certified letter and claim it as an abandoned vehicle under VA's salvage laws and get a title that way.

SO, if after that little explanation anyone can either access GA's GRATIS dealer info system, is a bounty hunter with 'connections' or even if you're a psychic and you can see the owners name and address if I give you the VIN, then let me know.

If not, feel free to mock me for wasting my time putting together a motorcycle that I can't ever legally ride...
