T.W.I.C. card responsibilities (B.S.)

I just went and picked up my card and asked for a copy of the responsibilities.
What a bunch of BS!

I finally broke down and applied for mine. Another $130 down the drain.

I love this one ......upon commiting a terroristic act you must immedeatly drive to a TWIC center and turn over your card.

I keep lieing to myself hopeing that it will ease my lic renewal next year.......fat chance
