Thanks FJ. I did in fact just turn 39 yesterday. So I guess next year I will be "39 and holding". Next year I will have to blow it out for the big 40. Thanks again!

Happy Birthday 1 Day late! Sorry man, I was busy as heck yesterday with some guys working at the house & showing property.

Glad you had a good one & many more. Maybe some TBR members will get the invite to #40, as I always enjoy drinking other people's beer!!!

Thanks Matt. Hopefully you will get a sale or two off of the property you were showing. As for the 40th I would like to take a fishing trip somewhere down south where it will be warm and the fishing will be good. It will depend a lot on how sales are at that time in the lumber business. Hopefully things will be better for all of us. We can only hope and keep our fingers and toes crossed .If I stay around here I will have a blow out somewhere and the TBR members will certainly be invited.
