Does he know that you are supposed to take it to a marina to have lifted in order to clean the bottom and re-paint or is this the new way of sand blasting

It is ashame that this happened but glad he is off the water if those stories are true.

I own the same boat. It is a Nautical 56. I moved mine from Oriental, NC to the Severn River Marina in Mobjack Bay in the SW end of the Chesapeake.

The boat has a 5'6" draft and weighs 52,000 lbs.

I think it is about time to start charging fines for everyday the boat is left sitting in the park. I mean ya'll aren't allowed to store your center consoles or rv's at the park like that.
