Just wondering who much you spend on sunglasses for use on the water.

Had a pair of Costa Brine Br-11 580's. Awesome glasses, the frames sucked.

Researching Maui Jim's and Oceanwaves now to replace them.

Still might end up with another pair of the 580 lenses, they were the deal.

I've been comfortable with Costa Del Mar's for years.

Yup, I've got a pair of Costas too. Plan on upgrading to the 580's at some point.

Currently have MJ's and like them but they were given to me and are a backup to my lost 580's . Had triple tail 580's for two weeks before they hit the drink...unbelievable!! Will get another pair asap.

Keep a cheapo pair of costas (cr-39 lense) on the boat/ in the car just in case me or someone else is forgetful one morning...not having some will ruin a day on the water IMO

I have to admit I'm a little amazed at the results thus far. Maybe all the people who viewed but did not answer purchase the inexpensive glasses.

I buy Costa's, but I'm not overly impressed with their customer service. Twice now they've left me less than satisfied.

I'm wearing a pair of polarized Ray Ban's right now that came with my boat when I bought it (found em in the bilge), so they were $12,000 sunglasses

I wear Costa's only! Currently have a pair of the Harpoons with the Blue Mirror tint 580 lenses! I love them and won't leave the house without them, kind of like my wallet!

IMO must also have a crokie just to keep from losing them or dropping them overboard.

They are pricey, but my theory is if I buy a cheap pair I won't care about them and will keep losing them.. Spen some money and I seem to take better care of them.

But that's just me.

I wear the cyclones that you put on over your perscription glasses. Total wrap around, not a clip on
