Having your lifejackets on board and not wearing them is like putting your seatbelt on during a car accident.

That is not a good thing, I hope it can be fixed.

It looks like it is in better shape than the one in the slip. Nice dry dock!!

If he only had one more spring line, all would be well.

No offense, but that's one seriously done boat. It looks like it gouged itself on the pilings.

That is probably not to bad. I've fixed several that had holes like that one and they were sunk for several days. I salvaged 13 boats after Ivan hit P'cola, gave 2 away, sold a 25' for $100 AS IS, fixed 4 and sold, cut up the rest and am selling the parts on eBay.

I only bought 2 of the boats. The rest came from local shipyards after the "Starry Eyed Dreamers" who bought them at the insurance auctions, realized that fixin' fiberglass in the hot FL sun ain't fun, so they stopped paying the shipyard who then placed a lien on them. After more auctions and the boats did not sell, they call Old Tom. I fixed some and sold them and others I placed a 30 yard dumpster on one side and my flatbed on the other. Then we got busy with the demo saw.

- Thanks Cuz Les, AKA "Welder". I about wore Les out while he was here to fish ;-).

Had to hire some "hands" to finish up. The lead in the sailboat keels paid most of my costs + they agreed to make bullets to use on terrorists.

Tom
