I took this pictures from Outer Banks Free Press which show how bad this storm was.

What I want to know is...
1st - What Is the Avalance Doing in the Ocean
2nd - Why does it have an Orange Light on the Top?

Maybe a fellow Real Estate Agent looking to collect and insurance clam. Or maybe he is waiting for the Government to Buy Him Out

I didn't take the pictures, but my guess would be South Nags Head! Down around Milepost 20! Which is south of the Comfort Inn

he probally did the same thing this cop did in pensacola......didnt realize how much water the surf could push..

I believe all the new Avalance's now have EPIRBs as standard equipment. I think his is going off.

There's not enough beach to drive on while that storm was going on. I guess he found that out the hard way. Looks like he was still in the truck trying to get it out because the DRL's were on indicating the truck is in drive. That front bumper didn't last long against that surge!
