need reef opinions

finnaly got a hold to the man in charge of deploying the states reefs and he called me and we talked for about 1hr....there are plans for reefs inshore and offshore publicly and he is waiting on legislature to hopefully give the go ahead on private reefs in the existing FH13 area...i dont think he was blowing smoke as he WANTS me to have anyone for the deployment of articial reefs to email him and or call him so he will have amunition when he goes to Jackson.....he said he knows the reefs they are putting out arent enuff due to storms moving/covering them up.....so i guess it will be a waiting game...i shot him,the GOV,LT GOV,SENATOR,and represenatives a email and got responses back from all but 1....they pretty much "say" they are for "private" reefs because it wouldnt cost them the money in deploying or materials........oh well ill wait and see......

In the shallow water you fish in you would run out four anchors on chain before the boat sank. A couple of old concrete railway sleepers wired in would not go astray either.
