Default A Few Changes
Hey All,

I am making a few "layout changes" and possibly combined some forums.

Just trying to limit the amount of total forums as after using it for some time I still feel like there are to many forums.

I have combined the Off Topic + Fishing & Boating Picture forum and made 1 forum under the General Section.

You can't miss it due to the icon I have added to make sure ya'll see it!

Also any complaints to the following.

Fishing Forum + Tackle Talk = Same Forum?
