While the boat didn't want to cooperate 100% of the day, we did manage to anchor up and have a good time...

This is on the 3rd...mid-way through a "shakedown" cruise after some serious carb cleaning, fuel treating, etc. See if you can guess whether or not it worked.




In spite of having a 4bbl carb that ran on 4 barrels 50% of the time and only 2 barrels the other half, we ran out (and jogged).





Luckily my roommate has something newer that runs most every time...that thing was fun and he caught a good action shot of me:

Looks like fun. Hate seeing the "hood" up, but that's boats!

Looks like fun, we had the waverunner out on the 3rd and the boat for the fireworks on the 4th. Need a fuel filter for the waverunner on the only place I know that sells stuff is the rental shop on the causeway and they charge a lot for parts. I'll order online, pay for expedited shipping and still come out ahead.
