TBR has a new feature called "Visitor Messages" - If you don't like the idea you can disable this feature under your USER CP section in the Navbar..
USER CP ---> Edit Options ---> Enable Visitor Messages Check Box
Visitor Messengin is a Messaging System very simliar to the Private Messages except it is visable for all to see. When you recieve a new Visitor Message you will recieve a notification simliar to what you get when you get a PM.
If you want to send a PM instead of a Visitor Message from within a users profile just click the "Send Message" option as pictured below.
