Default Dodges road side emengency service

Well, tuesday for the first time I had to use there service on my truck.Dam water pump went out.In the past, all water pumps gave a tell tail sign of a leak. Not on this cummin engine. It just dumped all the water out with out overheating the engine.Thank God I was close to home.I had just return from a 135 mile trip. The big problem was when they set up a tow truck at 11:00 am,it didn't show till 8:30 pm that night at my house.Oh,that had me overheating! Is it just me or what? One just can't find good service anymore. Two weeks ago,my family and I go out to eat.Two hours an the food hasn't showed up yet.As we got up to leave, they come running with our food,COLD leaving me hot!Service, what ever happen to it?

Happy Easter everyone!

Oops ~ not good! Thank goodness you weren't waitin' on the side of the road in the middle of the night! Sheesh! I'd be writin' a letter AND makin' phone calls to whomever to make a few waves. No sense in the next guy havin' to wait that long for a tow truck.

Don't know what to tell ya about the goin' out to dinner thing.... I went to a KFC one time and they were out of chicken.

Yep,I will make a few waves about the tow service come monday. As far as were we went to eat at,as I was paying the check, the girl was asking how everything was.I didn't hold back. She then stated that maybe next time it might not be as bad and reply I told her there will NOT be a next time and walked out!

KFC out of barnyard pimps? That is like one time at a B king was out of buns for me.

Having your lifejackets on board and not wearing them is like putting your seatbelt on during a car accident.

Got out with a guy on top of a local bridge the other night in the rain. His car was in the truck lane and he told me AAA should be there in less than fifteen to tow the car for a flat tire. So I cancel a SHEP truck (state truck that has air tools wheel chocks etc.) that could have fixed him up because he didn't want the spare on and AAA would take him to a tire shop for a new tire. So I don't argue SHEP would be busy anyway and could be helping little old ladies. Well we wait a dozen phone calls and over two hours after his initial phone call the AAA tow shows up. By now the tire store is closed and the tow truck driver says I don't change tires dispatch will have to call someone else. The driver proceeds to tell him then take it to my house and you can pick me and take me to the tire shop in the morning had you been here on time we would have made it to a tire shop. Oh yeah AAA said he would be placed at the top of the tow list because of his bad spot on the road, and the tow driver told AAA he could not find us. We told him look for the police car with all the blue lights, headlights and reverse lights flashing. I don't like any of the road side service plans I have been in contact with. It seems like at least locally that only the tow services that lack customer service contract with them.
