Talking Another Cudos to a Exceptional Business!!

Just want to mention another Cudos to T-Top Boat Covers !!!

I had a few teeth pop off the Zipper on the cover for my Contender when I took it off a few weeks ago. I contacted T-TopCovers and I was told to send it to them and they would take care of it. I also wanted a modification done and they said they would take a look at the cover.
Well a week later I get my cover back with a new zipper and the modification I wanted was done. They did not charge me a dime. Thanks to them for the great service..................Mark

It is amazing that more companies don't get it. There are tons of folks out there that do tons of different stuff well enough to stay in business. The difference between being one of them and being better is service. Period.

Good customer service is hard to find these days. I'm always glad to hear about them. Thanks for the report Mark!

Mark,

Are you satisfied with your cover over all? I need to have one made.

Gary, I love the cover!! Easy to put on by yourself and the company is easy to work with. I had a small problem with water gathering near the motors. When I sent it back I had them reinforce that are right in front of the motors and put a stainless Steel grommet in the center so the water would drain into the splash well. They did it no questions asked......Mark

Thanks Guys! I'll look in them. Do you use it the summer as well? I used one on my old boat and had someone tell me I shouldn't use it in the summer???
