I guess this would qualify as a "bad day" as well. Saw this on Wednesday coming in to the ramp from offshore. I felt pretty bad for the guy, it looked like a brand new boat.

Yep, both definitely had bad days.

Not knowing the story on either of the photos, I would assume the traffic accident was not as embarrassing as the boat ramp beaching. Could be wrong though.

Hope no one was injured.

I had a picture of a guy lanching his truck in the water.Just can't find it.Oh,it was of me about 30 years ago after an afternoon of drinking on the lake I live by.When I got out of my truck after backing in the trailer,I left the truck in netrual and had just walked away when someone yell at me which was to late.It was hard to explain to the wife that I need a couple towels the next day to sit on.I only put about 2 1/2" of water in the cab,but that old 300 6 banger kept on running.

Then on that first picture.I had one real close to that when some dumb@ss rear ended me about three years ago down in New Orleans. What helped was I had a rope running thru the boat bow eye, rapping around the tounge of the trailer and a full strap on the stern of the boat.I was sitting at a red light and that @ssbag hit me at 45mph or faster.Lanched the boat over my tailgate after it hit the spare tire which was mounted on the trailer tounge, snapping the whinch and poll, popping the strap and the rope up on the bow.Damage to the boat was to the bottom when it ran over the spare tire, the lower unit on the motor was gone and the motor cowl ended in the back of my truck.Truck, class 4 hitch was bent as the truck frame and tailgate.Me,I had to have my neck cut on and of course this @sswipe didn't have any insurance!

I have the 1995 vintage of that Bayliner...She'll be fine, I've done much worse to mine. Not sure about the Dodge, it's probably good that someone put it out of it's misery so soon in life.
