My CPA is all sorts of busy these days and I am in need of setting up a new LLC, what I'm wondering is does my LLC need to be setup in North Carolina or can I get anyone to do it.
Anyone want to setup a LLC for a T-Shirt or 2? Or because you just want to help out TBR's Poor Owner?
You can set one up yourself, thats what I did. You can get a the form and fill it out. You will also have to fill out a employer id form to get a tax #. I think that was all I had to do. My accountant talked me through all of the issues. You can call Wesley Measamer, CPA in Greenville, NC 353-1355 and talk to Alicia she took care of me great and I have never had a issue I couldn't just call and ask her about.
Does TBR have a CPA?
