My name is Wayne. I'm married to Farmerjane (26 years next week). We have two great sons, John Aubry almost 15, & Collin Wyatt just turned 11.
I love fishing, boating, hunting, shooting, 4wheeling, & just about anything outdoors. But most of all, I love family & friends.
Lester (aka welder) is our nearest neighbor, so if it seems like we do almost everything together, well it's because we generally do . We've know each other for 10 years now & have been friends since the day we met.
We live north of Whitesboro Texas about 15 miles south of Lake Texoma. I work for a large semiconuctor manufacturer in Sherman Texas as a electronic technician in our failure analysis group. Been there 24 plus years.
On a side note, I got my knickname from a fellow employee years ago. Can't even remember how exactly. All I know is it 'stuck' and that's what most everyone calls me. Heck, even my youngest calls me Daddy'O .
Wayne

I'm Guy Baxter ... live in Rocky Mount NC. Family has a place in Frisco NC and we fish out of Hatteras. I've been married 39 years (same woman) have 1 son and 1 daughter, both are married (daughter on 9/29/07) and I have 2 grandsons.
I have worked for Cummins Engine Company for the last 24 years. Because of work I've been to Germany, Japan, Mexico and some of the US .. now the most I want to travel is to the coast !
My son is totally consumed with offshore fishing and my oldest grandson, @ almost 5, is well on his way after catching a nice Who on his first trip off.

My name is Jared, just moved to Kodiak Island Alaska from Hatteras where I was stationed in the Coast Guard for 4 years. I sold my boat, got married and moved to the left coast. Thanks to all for posting pics and reports on the outer banks forum. Oh how I miss Hatteras. I will be back for good one day.

Hi,
My names Gordon. My wife Cheryl and I live in the Pensacola area. We're transplanted from the midwest, and are getting situated with the new surroundings. We've been in Florida, full time for alittle over a year now(the migration, took close to 8 years).
We have a C-Dory Tomcat, and have been slowly getting up to speed for overnight trips on the water hereabouts, and for close offshore fishing. When your building a hobby from scratch,it takes abit.
I have met several of the members here, and was encouraged to come here by "farmerjane". My only thought on this, is that she and Bullshipper were discussing who might be suckered into contributing to the site and my name came up.
I noticed that Matt has already violated his rule about s_x, with his procreation comments regarding dogs. This is a huge relief. I thought I was gonna be limited to "hello".
In case anyone was wondering "No", Bull didn't name one of his kids after me. In fact, he may be researching name changes as some are reading this post.
Compared to some who have been raised on or around the water, I haven't had that benefit. I'm still mostly on the intake side of information, but will contribute what I can, and Bull will be along later to adjust whatever I post. The restrictions regarding vulgarity will no doubt ease the pain of his rebuts.
Anyway, good to be here. I'm gonna wander around and familiarize myself with the site.
