Capt. G here (aka Codfisher) and I just wanted to say hello to everyone with this first post. I have a charter fishing boat, Lady Diane, that runs out of both Gloucester, MA and Wells, Maine depending on the season. Our season for groundfish (cod, haddock) opens April 1st so the push is on to get the Lady ready to fish.

I am looking forward to participating on this site as it looks to be focused on fishing and not personalities as so many others are. I would be glad to share local information with anyone who may be in my area or coming here on vacation, and like to read how other fisheries operate in other states.
