In South Florida with worn out rear leaf packs and no A/C. That was a pleasant 18hours back to NC with a cranky girlfriend in the passenger's seat.

Just so you know...the tongue weight of the boat isn't that bad...my truck actually sat with the attitude you see in that picture with no load on it for a while until I got new rear springs (+ an add-a-leaf for that stiff as a board ride I'd been craving).

Here she is demonstrating that pickup trucks are for wusses...this queen size mattress set and the kayak made it down the by-pass for a half a mile and then through 3 miles of neighborhood roads before reaching their final destination at my then humble abode in Kill Devil Hills, NC...picture taken 2 years ago, but the truck hasn't changed much...big dent in the hood from the dern thing flying open while going 45mph...2 more inches of lift...and a little more fade in the paint.

Matt, Just for the record,

The travel trailer and ATVs are now history(sold). The Landcruiser is a friends, I sold the 24' flatbed. The dump trailer and tractor I was pulling for a friend. The rest of the junk I still have.

Prodigal Son, Nice Sub.
