This ECU/VT game is unreal!!!! ECU just blocked a punt with 1:52 and ran it in for a TD to take over the lead with only 1:52 left in the game!!! GO PIRATES!!!!

I don't know if it was a big of an upset as I first though.. ECU LOOKS GOOD!!

Best part about it is they beat VT playing Beamer Ball by blocking the punt!

This was on Avalon Pier's web cam this morning. Yesterday moring it had a VT flag on the pole. The pier manager is a huge VT fan. Looks like he is good sport.

Well I sat in some burning sun and watched us play one of the worst games I've ever seen us play (and I was in New Orleans in 2004 when we lost to Auburn, Jacksonville in 2005 when we lost to FSU, Blacksburg in 2007 when we lost to BC, etc). We didn't deserve to win...I still had a good time down there. I have a friend who lives in Charlotte and I hadn't hung out down there with him a long while, so we managed to ignore the loss and have a good time last night. Among other fun things, we met a blind guy at a bar drinking with his seeing eye dog licking spilled beer off of the floor at his feet.

Plus UVA got crushed and that always eases my pain.

Pirates looking good again today. Might be another big upset in the making. ECU 17 WVU 3 at the half. I am sure Pat White/WVU will make a run in the second half.

How about them Pirates!!!24-3 against #8 team in the country WVU!! lol what a dominating game by ECU. After the game, ESPN is saying ECU should be ranked 9-12 in the nation. I love it. Way to go Pirates!!
