Default Let's Get Rolling...

What's Up Everyone!

Here's what going on...

Since we have a limited amount of guys coming to the Fall Blast I'm thinking it probably isn't worth putting the whole dinner thing together (plus it's my anniversary) so someone else would have to be in charge.

Not sure if that is alright with everyone? Please let me know, if you want food I can get it but the last time I ordered it we had about 50 people so the price was a lot better. With only about 20 people or less it probably wouldn't be worth the $$$.

Other than that I believe everyone is lined up and ready to go.

Just let me know what ya'll think about food and I will do what I can.

Matt

Matt
I would just let this ride as a bunch of guys getting together to go fishing. I myself have 5.
I would just contact Broad Creek to let them know what's going on and if people want to get together for a dinner, I'm sure this time of year we won't have a problem finding a place.

What's the name of that restaurant in Wanchese that is right on the docks? Has anyone tried it since it re-opened? Seems like that might be a good place, although I if it's like it used to be they don't serve beer. That won't bother me or Capt. Fred, but some guys might think it is a waste to have a place close enough to crawl back to bed from, but no reason to have to crawl back ;-).

Yes they have re-opened and my I know dawiggs and my parents have been a few times and say it is very good, although I can't remember what the place is called right now.

And yes you are correct they do not serve any alcohol.

The place is "Fisherman's Wharf" and correct, no drinks. I agree with no formal "dinner". As the date gets closer and see what the weather looks like and who will attend perhaps we can all get together somewhere for a hello and good luck social!

Regards, dave

I'm good with no dinner guys. Maybe a quick meet at the docks.

If this weeks weather is any indicator, I think most of us won't be fishing anyways.
