Blue Magic

Yes, taken from Peanut Island.
Specifically, the sandbar just north of the island.

I used to keep my 31 Rampage at Lake Park Marina. A lot of good memories from that area.

Angler systems and Vettnman......Those funnel cloud pictures are just incredible. I saw one once out in the Ny Harbor while i was driving over the Gothals Bridge but it was nothing like that!!

I took this photo this fall 2008. We were headed out to the gulfstream when we passed this shrimper on Winyah Bay as the sun was rising. hope you enjoy.

This is looking over Santa Rosa Sound last July – This is the beginning of a thunderstorm which caused the Blue Angle Air Show over Pensacola Beach to be cancelled. The first time in over 24 years a show was cancelled due to weather. This storm was responsible for lighting strikes injuring spectators on the beach as well as some people in a boat offshore waiting for the air show to begin.

Taken last summer from a friend's cottage just south of Jockey's Ridge, looking across the bypass to the NE...Took maybe 4 exposures before I started feeling unsafe...that was the best of them. Got another shorter shot that has one very well defined bolt, but I want the one above to be my "storm" entry.
