I was talking to Alan and he said that he thought all the Merc prop washers were 1/8-3/16. You might want to check the thrust washers to make sure they are the same. I got my prop locks from ken at prop gods. Dont get the yamaha brand prop locks everyone says they are crap. Get the McGard propeller locks. Did you get your outriggers done?? Or is that Sundays project??

Did you get your Mcgard PropLocks from SIM. I also tried doing a search for Prop Doctor on google. Not sure which is his website. If you get a chance could you pm me a link.
