My bad, I had to work yesterday and forgot. Yes it was blowing pretty good out there, 15-20 out of the ENE about 3-4 feet wave direction was out of the E and we were headed S so it wasn't to bad. It laid down about little before noon to about 1-2 foot rollers made for a nice ride in. The fish were HUNGRY, not much size to them though. We didn't go far, about 16 miles out to a bunch of public stuff, bridge rubble, tanks and APR's. We fished for about 3-3.5 hours and caught a ton of 15.5 inch snappers and four keepers and a couple of Triggers. When we get back to the dock and load the boat as soon as the weight of the boat was on the trailer I feel whomp whomp whomp, Sh!t I got a flat and no spare . I call Sea Tow, not much help on the tire, just call a wrecker and reimburse out of pocket $$$, so off to see Mr. Willie at DI lumber yard and borrowed a floor jack went back took off the tire brought it back and swapped it out for a descent used tire $20 and an hour later we are on our way. Oh by the way, everyone check your registration stickers, I realized when we got home I forgot to put on my new ones and we passed the USCG at Billy Goat Hole on the way in and I guess I was just lucky, they didn't even see me. Heres a couple of picks and a short video on the trip in.
