This image provided by NOAA shows Hurricane Paloma taken at 5:02 a.m. EST Friday Nov. 7, 2008. According to the National Hurricane Center at 4:a.m. EST the center of Paloma was about 110 miles south-southwest of Grand Cayman. Paloma is moving to the north near 9 mph with maximum sustained winds near 80 mph. Additional strengthening is forecast during the next couple of days and Paloma could become a Category 2 hurricane later Friday and may reach Category 3 intensity by Saturday.
