Hope all of you are able to stay safe and have time to do what's needed. We are outside of a little town built over springs and caverns so they have trouble handling water. You all be careful and don't take chances, especially with Ike. Godspeed--jamnstv

Ike was first forecasted to follow Hanna up the east coast. On each forecast since it has moved westerly about 5°. The present course is for S W Pass of the MS river into Grand Isle/Fourchon. If the 5°W trend continues with a week to go, it could be over to Cameron. THE PROOF WILL BE IN THE PUDDING.

Yeah you are right. All you can do is watch and wait. Leaving all important paperwork packed up just incase. Pecan tree is a mess huh? Got a huge one in my back yard. Was hoping to get some this year if the squirrels would leave me some!
