Fishing during the week

I just got my new Saltwater Sportsman and it got me "rehyped"(is that a word?) up about Mangrove Snapper fishing out of Mississippi. This, along with the fact that I haven't run my boat in 2 months is making me want to head out and give it a shot. Only problem is, with our move out of state looming on the horizon, my weekends are shot.
Can any of you fellow forum members head out during the week, starting the first week of November? I figure I have one Snapper trip(would have to be Mangroves since I won't be able to get out before the end of Red Snapper season) and one Wahoo trip in December in me before I leave.
Plus, I'm trying to get my post count up so I won't be a bait boy anymore.

gordo the mangroves are being caught by nearly everyone and everywhere...they are THICK i can go on thursdays or with a little notice i can change my day off to tues,wed or fri...let me know

Alrighty.
Starting around the first week of November(first chance I'll get to go), we'll look at putting together a trip during the week for some Mangroves and whatever else.
I can pretty much go any day except for the weekends and Mondays. We can take my boat- 23' Seaswirl C/C.

I haven't said this since high school, and always to a chick, but I'll show you mine if you show me yours. Honey Holes that is- referring to fishing spots, nothing else.
