I wonder if they got'em for;. No dehookers and venting tools too? .... They really didn't need any.

I had chartered with Capt.Dave years ago.Good guy at the time,but he is very wrong letting these people do what they did.Sure as hell nobody will do that on my boat unless we cook them puppies at sea!

Sadly, probably not as those rules dont go int effect until June 1st (I believe) when the season officially opens
