And here's the real forecast since the Lump is 22 miles from SW Pass.
So pick one...........
THURSDAY
SOUTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS. SEAS 4 TO 5 FEET.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

THURSDAY NIGHT
SOUTH WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS. SEAS 3 TO 4 FEET.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

FRIDAY
SOUTH WINDS 15 TO 20 KNOTS. SEAS 3 TO 5 FEET. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

FRIDAY NIGHT

I will be running Sat if weather allows. I talked to Jim and he might be running his "pretty kitty" as well. It is too early to make the call right now, but we are making plans and hoping for the best. P.S. Red if you see this I want to come over and go over some things with you maybe Tues or Wed or whenever. I'll bring something cool to drink too! (< that's a hint).

NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service reminds fishermen of the seasonal closure for gag, red grouper, and black grouper February 15 through March 14, 2008, and the seasonal closure for greater amberjack March 1 through May 31, 2008.
