Good points. We try and exercise safety and learn from others mistakes. You learn how to read sharks and know when to let them have your fish or get out of the water or even let the steel fly if threatened. If a diver gets close enough to your boat to have trouble with your anchor rode or fishing line, he should expect something bad to happen...hell, you should hook 'em so they'll get out the water and us divers with manners can get better reputations.

Though diving for 'hoos would be my first choice, I'd settle for anchoring on the lump and drinking some cold pops from the ice chest while chunking for YFT.

I was planning to string a few day together and leave on Sunday. Better to probrally wait for a few days together to get some serious fishing in. To long of a ride for just one day out of three....Mark

Thanks Paul
As of Monday I have been feeling better (good enough to go to work). I may be able to sneak down on Saturday. We will watch and see.

It's looking sporty right now Mark. We're going down tomorrow and poke our nose out Sat. then decide on plan A or B. Only thing is it's 32 miles down the river to the mouth of Southwest Pass. After I run that far we're fishing, might not be where we want to go but we can make it work. Redwieser is a great guide.
