cajun stuffed porkchops

ok here is my cajun stuffed chops....
first get you some cajun dirty rice and add what ever you want to ...


then butterfly your "big" pork chop like this


then just add as much of the rice as you can...like this



i take a piece of sausage and cover the end of the chop so the rice cant fall out....take tooth picks and seal it in...



fire up the grill


and put them on direct heat ...(with steaks if you like)



you should have each side looking like this



add pepper jack cheese if you like!!



and it should look like these 2 pictures

Ya know Buffman you are CRUEL!

Here I am just gettin up to work the night shift eatin a can of chicken noodle soup with crackers and I open THIS thread.

We have a little place here names "Jerry Lee's". He makes some jam up Boudin. I take it and stuff pork chops like you do. I know what it tastes like so I can pretty well guess what yours taste like. But you DID give me an idea to try. I'm gonna try putting a chunk of Bellue's Chicken sausage across the slit like you did yours...... Always room to improve on something.

Now I guess I better finish this soup and crackers before it gets cold.

But tomorrow night.......................................
