Default Someone tell me .. Exactly what is wasabi sauce?

what exactly is it? Tried some last night at outback. Or at least some wasabi vineragette. It was okay, but I have eaten better tuna. Secondly, where do you get some?

You can either buy it by the root and grind your own, or do like we do and buy it in a powder form in the Oriental section of a grocery store. Mix with a little water and you have Wasabi paste, just like you get from the Sushi Bar.
