My Kung Fu is strong.

But Sam Colt made all men equal.

1 can Natty light
2 YFT steaks, FRESHLY caught
3 TBSP butter
3 tbsp olive oil

Cilantro to taste

1/2 Bottle Italian dressing
Mrs. Dash Lemon, herb seasoning
Pinch of Old Bay

Marinade the tuna in the italian dressing and cilantro for 30 minutes in the fridge, flip it once

Hot skillet, bring the butter, olive oil, and Natty to a hot skillet.

Coat the YFT steaks with the Mrs. Dash and the Old Bay on each side, then sear them on each side for 3 minutes.

DO NOT LET THE HEAT DROP WHILE SEARING....

Pink on the inside, brown ring on the outside.

Yeah, tuna proper.

When it's not hot enough, start mixing in tabasco instead of italian dressing
