i like the hot wangs and beer myself!!

i also like to take a 1lb block of mexican velveta and 1lb of hamburger meat and cook the hamburger meat and melt cheese in crock pot and add 1 or 2 can of rotel tomatoes (i prefer hot and spicy) and simmer until thick consitancy and serve with the scoop potatoe chips

That sounds good, chili works well too and good for the crock pot!

potato skins, mozz sticks, jalapeno poppers

Cut some fresh jalapenos in half and remove the seeds. Fill with cream cheese. Cut some venison backstrap {hindquarter meat works too} 1/8 in. thick and long enough to wrap the pepper halves twice. Wrap the cheese filled pepper halves with the venison and then wrap this with a strip of bacon. Only one wrap of the bacon. Use a toothpick to secure and throw on the grill. When the bacon is done they're ready. Better cook extra.

Bluffman, try Spicey Sausage instead of the hamburger meat with the cheese and Rotel and then add some Texas Pete for a real treat. Pop open a bag of scoops and a cold beer and your good to go!

Yes! the spicey sausage with Velveeta & Rotel is AWESOME! Add jalepenos for that extra KICK!

Most will drink a whole lot more when adding the jalepenos. Could be a good thing, could be a bad thing.

You decide.

We have football party every weekend, some of our favorites are

cheese, rotel, and sausage mixture
chili
gumbo
taco soup
mexican chicken spaghetti
deer sausage
crab meat stuffed mushrooms
pecan stuffed dates wrapped in bacon, you better make a bunch of these
cream cheese spread, cheese, pecans, bacon bits, scallions and pepper jelly
conecha or cajun crawfish sausages

just a few to wet your appetite, if anyone needs direction for anything just ask. I love to cook, just hate to clean it up. they need to make paper pots and pans and it's on

Roll Tide
