Default Crab Appetizer (Recipe #15)

Quick and easy!!!

- Jumbo lump crab meat
- cocktail sauce (add a few squirts of lemon juice)
- whipped cream cheese
- chopped garlic
- chives

Cerainly not going to win you any culinary awards but my mom made this
as an appetizer on Turkey day and it was suprisingly good!!

Take your whipped cream cheese and mix with some fresh chopped garlic and chives and spread evenly at the bottom of a serving dish.

Mix your crab meat and cocktail sauce together and spread evenly on top of the cream cheese. Let it sit in the fridge for about and hour and serve on crackers. Its good!!!
