Thought the Grandchildren were coming for Easter, but no go..Now just me and granny and lots of ham left over. Any ideas???

split pea soup.........I make a killer stuffing for mushrooms with ham. Maybe in the next day or so ill post the recipe....I have been slacking off with my recipes becuase i have been crazy busy the last 6 weeks or so!!
