Default I'm sure you guys have tried this before

But, here's one for mahi and wahoo. Put some butter in a frying pan and let it melt. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take the fish and lay it out on a plate. Put some McCormicks all purpose seasoning(saltfree) and dose fish liberally with it. Put the fish in pan, until each side is golded brown. Take the pan, fish and all, and put in the oven for 4 minutes. Take out and enjoy

LOL, should have added, after dosing with seasoning, put pan on BURNER until fish are golden brown, then stick in the oven at 350 for 4 minutes. I'll get it right one day
