Default I Ain't No Martha Stewart But.......

hopefully I can offer up some great recipes and tips. This forum is right up my alley ~ if ya know what I mean~

Guys - be sure to let your wives (or significant others) know that this forum is available on here~ might be a great way to get THEM involved with YOUR bad habits. HA!

I'll check this forum often to see if anyone has any "requests" or questions.

Thanks ~

It is pronounced "coo V on".

Creole dish made with a tomato based sauce.

I RARELY cook or eat anything Creole due to the tomato's ripping my stomach apart.

Most of my stuff is "Cajun" or "Coonass cookin" which almost always starts with, " First ya make a Roux". (Seasoned browned flour and oil, NO tomatoes)

"This link" should keep ya busy for a while cooking stuff a lot of different ways.

It is hard for me to give folks my recipes as i just throw stuff in by the handful, pinch, passel and so on when I am cooking.
