Cold Beer

Here's my recipe:

1 case of your favorite beer
1 large cooler
2 bags of ice

Clean cooler (optional)
"Gently" add beer to bottom of cooler
Open bags of ice & apply to top of beers
Close cooler lid
Patiently wait 30 minutes (optional)

Open & enjoy beer.

Best served with friends and when your team is winning.

Wayne

ranch ham roll ups

INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
3 green onions, chopped
11 (8 inch) flour tortillas
22 thin slices deli ham

DIRECTIONS
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and salad dressing mix until smooth. Add onions; mix well. Spread about 3 tablespoons over each tortilla; top each with two ham slices.
Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Unwrap and cut into 3/4-in. slices.

both of the above can be done for about 6 bucks or so(each) and i had 12 people here and had some left over but everyone had plenty to eat!!!and ENJOYED IT!!!

heres another ...i add a little thai chili sauce to kick it up a notch!!

Ingredients
1 Cup of chopped ham or chicken
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 green onions, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
24 ounces prepared salsa

Directions
1. Heat ham or chicken accordingly . Combine ham or chicken, cheeses, green onions, bell pepper and 1/2 cup salsa in a mixing bowl.
2. Spread evenly onto tortillas, to within 1/4 inch of edges. Roll up tightly; wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until chilled.
3. Remove plastic wrap. Trim ends from roll-ups; discard. Cut each roll-up into 6 spirals to serve. Serve with remaining salsa for dipping.

add jalepenos if you want too......depends on if the people there like it hot

Farmerjane........sorry didnt see your post.....Shoulda pm'e me!!

Im bringing a tray or pierogis that i will boil and top with onions and scallions that are sauteed in butter.

also im bring a fresh mozzarella and tomato salad.......simple
you can use reg mozz if your area doesnt have fresh
- cube up the mozz and tomatoes (ir slice)
- add.....salt, pepper and a little oregano
- lots of fresh basil
- olive oil and balsamic vinegar or to cheat just add store made
italian dressing from the bottle

other people are bringing chili, dogs, wings, poppers, spinache and veggie dips and nacho's..........Good luck!! I hate the Giants so guess i am a Pats fan for the day.....Lesser of the two evils in my book!!
