Default So Who Has Fished This Month?

So who has fished this month?

We got out several times this month as the weather here has been fairly good. We did well on Wednesday but today was hard due to a cold front that is blowing through. We will see what tomorrow brings!

Haven't gotten out since 10/12. Haven't been offshore in my boat since September. Taking a charter(YFT and Wahoo) out of Venice with Capt Eddie Burger this week and that will probably wrap me up until sometime in January.

We went on Monday out of OI on the Qualifier and had a great day. Landed 8 YF between 40-50 lbs. Great crew and wonderful weather.

Made it out a couple of weeks ago and that mackeral trip but nothing since then. Too much wind for my little 25 footer!

Made it out twice in the kayak. Favorite time of the year when trout are inside and hungry. The first weekend all big girls none under 1.5#s. This past weekend 15 more with plenty white trout in the mix. Also caught my largest drum to date. Took me half an hour to get him and had to drag him in for the picture. My boga grip bottomed out at 50# so I do not know exact weight. He was about 4 1/2 ft long though. Fun as hell to catch as he would pull me up current and I would have to keep anchoring. Revived him after the pictures and let him go, felt good to let the old fish go.
