What is your favorite brand and size fillet knife?

I'll use any knife as long as it's SHARP. I have an Xtools 10" knife that's nothing special but I keep it sharp as heck and it filets real nice. Expensive knives aren't any better than the cheapies if they aren't kept sharp.

i liked golden dogs knife....we caught fish and he cleaned with his own knife!!

Wusthof makes a filet knive that is great. It cuts through a fish like it's butter.
