Default Fins Premium Superlines

I don't know if any of you guys on this site have used Fins Braid yet but if not it is worth a try. Fins offers what they call situation braids. The most popular two Fins braid lines are the PRT (original Fins) and Windtamer, these two account for about 80% of Fins sales. The PRT is a solid offshore line and I've used it now for about a year. I use the 10 LB Windtamer inshore and have yet to get a wind knot.

What may interest the members here is Fins Shock Absorbing. Per the Fins site: FINS Shock Absorbing Braid is designed to offer a little stretch for those fishing situations where a little give is helpful. SAB is well suited for trolling, bottom fishing, and when using topwater action baits. SAB is 75% spectra and 25% Dacron; this blend allows the line to stretch 8 to 10 percent when under a load.. I have yet to try it personally but some guys around here have used it for bottom fishing and Tarpon fishing and indicate that it really does stretch. Just something for the OBX crowd to consider.

On our site we only have one size of the Shock at present. However we can order any Fins product you like with a total delivery time of about two weeks. Our prices are significantly lower than purchasing direct from Fins.
