Default Inshore Billfish........

We came across a large school of False Albies & large Houndfish busting bait south of MBI ........

I tried 8 different jigs, different colors, different sizes, different retrieves & could not get them to bite. Had one short hooks up with a Deadly Dick in silver.
My buddy did hook one large Houndfish or as he refers to them as "Inshore Billfish" or "Marsh Marlin" on some Yozuri soft plastic coated jig, but that was it.
3 boats with very few hook ups, but had a great time trying ........... ICM

We did manage a few big BSB, Grunts, Porgy & 5 Gags ( all short - all released ) less then 15 miles from the hill ..... ICM
