Default flounder question -Miss Oregon Inlet

I do quite a bit of flounder and inshore fishing around OI and always see the Miss OI and the other headboats fishing for flounder or other bottom fish. I always wondered what they were using for bait on an inshore headboat when fishing for flounder. Anyone know? I mainly use live bait but assume they must be using dead bait of some sort given the number of folks on board.

I figured it must be squid given the number of folks on board. Thanks for the response.
